Corporate Solicitor

The role

We'd be very interested in talking to individuals who have 0 - 3 years’ plus relevant post qualification experience, to work in our award-winning corporate team.  

Candidates should ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• mergers and acquisitions generally, specifically experience of due diligence and disclosure and an understanding of typical negotiation points would be valuable;
• investments, shareholder agreements, reorganisations and company law advice;
• PE/venture capital transactions;
• listed company transactions and initial public offerings (IPOs):

If you are the successful candidate you would be warmly welcomed into our team, all of whom work on a range of corporate finance transactions for leading regional private and quoted companies, national and international businesses and private equity investors.  Our team has the breadth and experience to offer a newly qualified lawyer a significant variety of high quality work ranging from working with early stage businesses and start up arrangements through to major investments, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.

So who are we looking for?  We want someone who has a real desire to work on corporate transactions, proactive, with a good technical understanding.  A team player who has a strong work ethic and an aptitude for delivering client service.
