Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law including key legislative and case law developments and practical guidance with the first of this academic year's online updates from and Jill Donabie and Chris Maddock, partners in our education and employment teams.
They’ll consider where the new Labour Government is in terms of its 100 day plan and King’s Speech employment law commitments and what this means for employers. Alongside this, they’ll discuss the duty for employers to prevent sexual harassment, which becomes law on 26 October, and look at any key case law decisions which have come through over the summer.
This FREE session will last no longer than 60 minutes and will include time for questions and discussion.
