Practical masterclass: managing investigations, disciplinary and grievances

• Understanding the legal obligations underpinning the management of disciplinary and grievance processes, and how to manage them;
• How to undertake an effective and robust investigation: where to start, what to review and how to ask questions;
• How to structure a letter inviting an employee to a disciplinary hearing and how to draft disciplinary allegations; and
• Understanding constructive unfair dismissal and practical advice to minimise the risks of claims.
