Are you uncertain about managing sickness? Are you uncomfortable dealing with disciplinary or grievance hearings? It can be complicated but, like everything, it’s much easier when you know how.

We hold a range of accredited employment training courses that give you the confidence handle these kinds of issues in-house.

Our courses are practical too. No death-by-PowerPoint here. Each half-day workshop includes lots of lively discussion and every-day examples to help you easily apply the training to your organisation and employees.

6 March 2018 - Practical masterclass: managing sickness absence and poor performance

15 May 2018 - Practical masterclass: managing change in the workplace

19 June 2018 - Practical masterclass: managing employees in a changing world

Successful learners will be awarded a certificate of achievement by NCFE. This is not a nationally recognised qualification but has been benchmarked at Level 3 (using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) level descriptors) to reflect the basis of the depth of study, difficulty, and level of achievement involved.
