Sunderland’s floating wind tech lifted by westerly support

Sunderland based wind technology developer Frontier Technical, is working with a consortium of private businesses, public sector organisations and educational institutions to develop their Marlin modular based floating wind technology.

The business is now looking to work with the US state of Oregon, which aims to be a fully renewable energy powered state over the next twenty years, through its business investment arm Oregon Business. State representatives are expected to visit the North East to view sites and meet partners involved in the initiative.
