The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018. The Article 29 Working Party published an opinion on data processing at work in June.  For those of you looking to get ahead, the ICO 12 Steps To Take Now publication is a useful starting point and highlights the areas where you will likely need to focus.
