ClearCourse completes trio of acquisitions with support from Muckle LLP

We're delighted to have supported ClearCourse, a leading software and payments specialist as it successfully completed a further three recent acquisitions.

ClearCourse, which is headquartered in London, has recently announced the acquisition of B2B eCommerce platform GOb2b, Cornwall-based leading marina management system Harbour Assist and Nottingham-based retail EPOS Solutions provider CSY Retail.

Our award-winning corporate team has acted for ClearCourse in these three separate acquisitions, which were completed in the last two months, each for an undisclosed sum.

Critical industry-specific software

Established in 2018, ClearCourse provides SMEs and targeted enterprise customers with mission-critical, industry-specific software with embedded payment and value-added services and solutions. 

Serving more than 20,000 customers predominately in the UK, the group’s software platforms support businesses across seven distinct target markets – retail, hospitality, sports, leisure, health, field services, member associations and charities.
