Muckle supports leading UK travel agent in expanding to new destinations
Our long-standing client, Hays Travel, has been on an upward trajectory of growth over the last few years, which includes the acquisition of Just Go Travel last year.
This growth is showing no signs of slowing down in 2024 with the acquisition of 19-branch Miles Morgan Travel.
The deal follows Miles Morgan’s decision to retire from his business after over 30 years. Miles Morgan Travel, which has branches in the south west of England as well as south Wales, had been part of the Hays Travel Independence Group consortium since 2006.
Hays Travel is now close to operating 500 branches across the UK.
End of an era
