The awards, which brought together the winners from the regional awards, gathered together the UK’s M&A community to celebrate the very best of dealmaking excellence.
The investment in iamproperty was one of the largest in the proptech sector in recent years and a significant deal for the region. The judges were impressed by the company's transition and growth since being under LDC's ownership and said it is innovating in an exciting and fast-paced market.
