Muckle expands corporate team with newly qualified lawyer
We're celebrating Teesside-born Olivia Tindle's qualification as a solicitor, as she joins the Muckle LLP corporate team.
Originally starting at Muckle on the graduate training programme, Olivia has gained experience in the Banking, Construction and Real Estate teams, where she has been involved with several key transactions.
Before joining Muckle, Olivia studied at both Newcastle and Northumbria Universities and then went on to work for her family business, a Chartered Accountancy firm.
Having successfully completed her training, Olivia has qualified into our corporate team, where she is already working on a range of corporate transactions, and acting as the day-to-day contact for a range of different business clients.
Olivia said: "I couldn't have qualified at a better firm. Working alongside people who want me to grow and learn, and see me as a long-term team member is something I love about working at Muckle.
"Working within the Corporate team I have been given a lot of trust and responsibility to take control and drive forward my work, which has allowed me to build long-lasting client relationships.
"The type of work in corporate law ranges from buying and selling businesses to public company transactions to daily company law matters. Every single transaction is different and there is lots of scope to get involved in everything from private equity to corporate governance. I've always had an interest in businesses and how they work so joining this team only felt natural to me."
Anthony Evans, Partner and Head of Corporate at Muckle, said: "We are constantly looking to add the best people to the team and help them grow their careers with us so it’s fantastic to to have Olivia qualify into the team. She has a real passion for what she does and I'm sure she will be a key member of the team for many years to come."
