Muckle LLP Helps Imass and Trionics Join Forces
Leading North East commercial law firm Muckle LLP has advised Gosforth-based integrated software specialists Imass Ltd, which has recently joined forces with Leeds -based Trionics Ltd, an Autodesk manufacturing design solutions reseller.
The team at Muckle has a long standing relationship with Imass, which also has an office in Aberdeen, and has advised it on strategic developments in the past, including providing support in 2008 when Imass became part of Infoterra Ltd, a leader in the provision of geographic information products and services.
The design solutions division of Imass, the largest UK reseller of Autodesks manufacturing software, has a solid reputation for delivering best-in-class service, solutions and training to customers spanning the entire manufacturing industry, particularly in the oil, gas, renewables and nuclear sectors.
