Muckle LLP wins CIPD Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Award

The award recognises best practice in how businesses contribute to the local community and schools/colleges to support people to enhance their skills and work experience.

We received particular recognition of the way we are:

• supporting youth employment through our apprenticeships;
• graduate recruitment;
• work experience programmes.  Including, Inspiring Careers, mentoring support to students through Careers Academy UK, and our close links with Momentum Skills; and
• Roles and responsibilities that our team members take on outside of work, such as acting as school governors, advising trusts, schools, colleges and universities and mentoring the unemployed, were also mentioned.
