Muckle shortlisted for Property Law Firm of the Year 2021

We are proud to have been shortlisted for Property Law Firm of the Year in the Insider North East Property Awards 2021.In a year like no other, our property team worked with Hays Travel on its bid to acquire 555 properties from Thomas Cook, tripling the firm’s existing property portfolio. The team also advised Home Group on funding its new headquarters, and worked on the sale of Sir John Fitzgerald Ltd, which included 16 freehold and leasehold properties. Rounding out a busy 2020, the team entered 2021 with work levels higher than pre-pandemic performance.
