Triple shortlist success for Muckle at national dealmaker awards

We’re pleased to announce that our corporate team, clients and business partners have been shortlisted in three categories at the first-ever national Insider UK Dealmaker Awards.

The awards, which bring together the winners from the regional awards, gather together the UK’s M&A community to celebrate the very best of dealmaking excellence. 

We're shortlisted in three categories after winning at the Insider North East Dealmaker Awards 2024 in September.

Dealmaking excellence

We've been shortlisted in the categories of:

• Corporate Law Firm of the Year
• Deal of the Year Small - Acquisition of Dermatonics by SkinBioTherapeutics plc
• Deal of the Year Large - Investment in iamproperty by Perwyn (exit for LDC)

The awards will take place in February 2025 at The International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham.  Good luck to everyone on the night.
