New Guidance Published on Proposed Agency Regulations

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Adecco have published a guide to the Agency Workers Regulations.

The new regulations come into effect from 1 October 2011, and will give agency workers with 12 weeks’ service basic employment rights equivalent to those of an employee recruited directly by the employer.
