Muckle named Property Law Firm of the Year 2023

We are delighted to announce we’ve been named Property Law Firm of the Year at the Insider North East Property Awards 2023, our third win since the awards launched in 2017.

Held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead last night, we were recognised for working on some of the North East’s largest real estate transactions over the last 12 months.

High profile work

As one of the largest purely commercial real estate teams in the North East, we have been involved in many high-profile property transactions in the qualifying period. This has included advising Vertu Motors plc on its acquisition of Helston Garages Group and supporting Home Group on the development of its headquarters building at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle and which was named Commercial Development of the Year.
