Muckle helps TSG ‘geek’ out with computer firm acquisition

Lawyers from our corporate team have recently advised Technology Services Group (TSG) on its acquisition of Bristol-based Computer Geeks.

The acquisition sees TSG branch out into the south west for the first time, adding Bristol to its existing Glasgow and London offices and Team Valley headquarters.

TSG has achieved exceptional double-digit revenue and profit growth in recent years, and its workforce has also expanded exponentially to 250.

This figure will further increase, as all of Computer Geeks’ staff will become part of the team at TSG. This includes Computer Geeks’ managing director Nick Richards and technical director Rob Eeuwens.
