"I would like to express our gratitude at the assistance Adam Aston provided throughout; his diligent, thorough efforts no doubt greatly assisted us in reaching a satisfactory outcome.
I was always particularly pleased at the quality of the legal documentation that he produced on our behalf and was most certainly a great reflection on Muckle as an organisation. His advice was always considered and his aim throughout was to ensure we got the contract we wanted, following on from our brief. I am aware that our consultants also speak highly of both Adam and Muckle."
Adam has 18 years experience in advising in the public sector on a wide range of construction and engineering agreements across a range of areas, including local government, health, housing, transport, education and both city centre and brownfield regeneration.
Adam leads the firms Construction and Engineering Team and is experienced in successfully managing and delivering on the legal aspects of complex construction projects involving public sector bodies, public money and joint ventures between the public and private sectors.
Adam regularly acts on a variety of energy projects and construction projects with an energy-related dimension. Recent examples include renewables projects, carbon capture technologies and the delivery of hydrogen power cells as part of an international pilot scheme. Adam acts for clients, contractors and consultants operating in the market and advises on a variety of bespoke and standard-form contracts.
