"Sara combines a calm approach with her incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful nature. This has been invaluable throughout as I have journeyed along the deal path. I simply do not know how she has kept on top of all the paperwork, given the copious detailed document mark-ups and our joint love for the printed word! Sara has taken the most complicated of issues and filtered through to get straight to the important facts. She has continually demonstrated first-class thinking and rather than simply sending vast mark-ups for my opinion, she has carefully marshalled the most important commercial issues to the top of the pile and translated these into what I needed quickly. Never short of offering suggestions and guidance, I have trusted her throughout. She has pushed the deal forward at every opportunity, and I’m extremely grateful she agreed to act for me."
