An experienced litigator, Alex deals with a broad range of commercial disputes for corporate clients and individuals in relation to a variety of contentious issues including shareholder disputes, professional negligence, data protection, intellectual property and reputational issues and general commercial contracts. Alex has recently been involved with high-value claims in relation to breach of warranty, negligent investment advice and data protection.
Alex always works to support her clients in trying to avoid disputes if possible or to resolve disputes in a practical and cost-effective way.

She regularly advises on IT disputes, including disputes arising out of the termination of software contracts.
Alex also provides reputation management advice to clients from the education, investment and technology sectors.
Alex supports a range of clients with contentious data protection work. Recent experience includes advising a financial services business on the defence of a multi-million-pound data breach claim.
Alex is skilled in advising on a wide range of contractual and tortious disputes for national and international clients across a variety of sectors. She also has significant experience in retail and commercial banking litigation and Financial Conduct Authority disputes.
