About Georgia
Georgia is a solicitor in our banking and finance team, advising on general funding, security and intercreditor arrangements. She works with high street banks, alternative finance providers, corporate and individual borrowers and charities.
She was recognised in the 2024 edition of the Legal 500 as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ and more recently as a ‘Leading Associate’ in the 2025 edition.

Real Estate Finance
Georgia works closely with our real estate and construction teams to provide a full service for clients on real estate and development funding transactions. Recent experience includes advising a developer client on funding for new student accommodation in Nottingham and investment refinance for new offices in Leeds, and advising a lender client on multiple residential and commercial developments, primarily across the North East and Yorkshire.

Corporate Finance
Georgia regularly works with our corporate team to advise on the banking aspects of acquisitions, disposals and group re-structures. This includes conducting due diligence and helping clients obtain funding to support acquisitions. Recent experience includes supporting Kitwave on its acquisition of Creed Foodservice, Omega Plastics Group on a strategic buyout and Aspire in connection with the acquisition of CloudCoCo.
