About Jennifer
Consistently recommended by Legal 500 UK since 2016, most recently as a ‘Rising Star’, Jennifer provides the firm’s clients with legal and commercially focused advice on landlord, tenant and real estate disputes. She acts for developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and funders on commercial and residential cases and is the team’s lead lawyer in commercial property dispute matters.

Restructuring & Insolvency
Jennifer is experienced with insolvency-related property disputes and assists investors, landlords and tenants regarding CVAs, liquidations and administrations.
Working closely with our Restructuring and Insolvency team, Jennifer advises landlords on issues including non-payment of rent, landlord remedies for enforcement of tenant breaches, and dealing with insolvent tenants.
For tenants, Jennifer assists with rent reviews and concessions, negotiations regarding re-gearing of properties including rent reductions, and lease termination.
