About Julie

Julie is an experienced paralegal in our agriculture, estates and private client team, having spent over eight years working at an international law firm within the agricultural sector and a further two years at Savills Land Agency as an Estate Administrator working with Landed Estates, private individuals, farmers, trustees and other professional advisors across England and Wales.  

Julie supports the agricultural property teams in both Newcastle and Cumbria and handles high-level conveyancing, easements, covenants, first registration exercises. and tenancy matters. She also has experience working on real estate finance transactions with an agricultural flavour.

Julie understands the requirements of clients working and living within the rural environment and her knowledge of this sector allows her to assist clients across the wide range of transactions encountered within a thriving agricultural practice.
