About Julie
Julie is an experienced senior paralegal in our Real Estate team, with extensive technical knowledge in real estate transactions across a wide range of complex subjects.
Although Julie has undertaken work across a number of sectors, social housing is her specialty. She has undertaken work for private, public sector and social housing providers and takes pride in building long-term relationships with her clients.
Social Housing
Julie handles all residential property transactions for two large social housing providers. She supports clients by assisting with large-scale portfolio refinancing, acquisitions and disposals, and development site set-ups. Julie also supports the Real Estate department with post-completion work including SDLT and Land Registry applications.
