About Kelly

Kelly originally joined Muckle in 2013 as a solicitor and worked her way up to partner. An insolvency expert, Kelly advises insolvency practitioners, Law of Property Act (LPA) receivers, corporate entities, banks, and other lenders on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring issues. 

This experience has helped her specialise in non-contentious advisory and transactional work, such as advising lenders on the validity and enforceability of their security, acting on numerous pre-pack administrations, and advising directors on their duties in a distressed/insolvent business. 

In addition, she advises creditors and landlords on their rights and remedies for protecting assets and recovering monies due to them, both pre and post-insolvency.

After leaving the firm in 2022 to work for an insolvency litigation financing company, Kelly returned to the banking and restructuring team at Muckle in 2024.
