About Kieran

Kieran is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, where he is assisting with commercial disputes including contract, negligence, defamation and breach of privacy from both a claimant and defendant perspective.   

Kieran joined us in 2021 on the graduate trainee programme. His previous seats were in the Employment, Corporate and Commercial teams. During his time in Employment, he assisted with the drafting of employment contracts and preparing for Tribunal hearings among other general employment matters.

In the Corporate team, Kieran worked on a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions, investments, group reorganisations and share incentive schemes. Whilst in our Commercial team Kieran assisted on a wide range of subjects including, data protection issues, sports and charities matters and general commercial contracting.
