About Kitija

Kitija is a paralegal in our Banking and Restructuring team, and a member of both the National Paralegal Register and National Association of Licensed Paralegals.

She deals with the banking side of corporate transactions, restructuring, loans and insolvency; and drafts security documentation, corporate and personal guarantees, facility agreements, board minutes, shareholder resolutions and directors’ certificates.

Kitija also assists on acting for and advising regional lenders, national banks, charities and trusts, alternative finance providers and individual borrowers.
