About Lydia

Lydia is a solicitor in our real estate team. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases and lettings; portfolio and estate management work; property finance transactions and acquisition of land for registered providers.

Her experience encompasses dealing with commercial retail leases, commercial property contracts for sales and purchases, assisting higher education institutions with their real estate matters and advising registered providers acquiring land for affordable housing. Lydia was seconded to Hays Travel in 2019 and has managed a vast amount of lease documentation on their behalf.
