Martha advises businesses of all sizes on the full spectrum of employment law, from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, redundancy and exit planning.

Martha has experience of employment tribunal litigation and works with our corporate team to advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Originally from the North East, Martha studied law at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), graduating in 2015.

Martha completed her training contract with an international law firm and worked as an associate in a leading employment team in London before moving back to the North East in 2024 and joining Muckle.
