About Melissa

Melissa is a solicitor in the corporate finance team, where she assists a range of clients on corporate transactions including share and asset acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and share schemes. 

Melissa has advised Kitwave Group plc on three consecutive acquisitions: the acquisition of Westcountry Food Holdings (2022), the acquisition of WLG Holdings (2023) and the acquisition of TotalFoodService Solutions (2024).

Melissa is also a project co-lead at the Neurodiverse Lawyer Project, which aims to assist current and budding legal professionals with neurodivergence in their legal careers and educate firms on how they can support neurodivergent individuals.
