About Nikol
As a paralegal, Nikol supports the employment team with a range of employment matters, from day-to-day issues to employment tribunal claims.
After completing her LLB degree at Newcastle University and then her LPC at Northumbria University, Nikol joined Muckle in 2024.
Nikol is passionate about using her skills in employment law to help others. She Has previously volunteered for the Employment Law Association’s (ELA) ELIPS scheme, collaborating with volunteer employment solicitors in their support of unrepresented litigants.
Nikol is fluent in both English and Bulgarian and has experience working as an interpreter, supporting Bulgarian clients with medical appointments and Home Office interviews in English.
