Olivia Tindle

About Olivia

Olivia is a Solicitor in our Corporate Finance team where she acts for a range of different clients on corporate transactions. She has experience in advising selling shareholders on business disposals and serial corporate acquirers on business acquisitions.  

Olivia also has particular expertise in public company governance and transactions, including advising The Lakes Distillery Company plc and Tekmar Group plc.

Prior to joining Muckle, Olivia worked for her family's Chartered Accounting firm, for which she credits her business sense and customer-focused approach. She also dedicates her free time as a Mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation, and is a proud member of the Muckle Green Team.
